REACTOR · Answer
Problem SolvedThe UV filter is degrading, not the emulsion.
Suggested Course of Action
Pair the filter with a photostabilizer that has patent precedent [2].
REACTOR is built to use EVIDENTIAL AI
It pulls insights from multiple databases to bring you defensible decisions, labeling what is reported and what is inferred, all backed by credible, referenced, scientific data:
REACTOR can access and analyze:
Over 250 million scientific papers
Scientific Papers
339 million substances with full material and safety data
Substances with full Material & Safety Data
110 million patents
Patents
Trained on formulation itself.
REACTOR's formulation knowledge was brought in from internal proprietary data sets: expertise that typically exists only inside private-sector labs, and that public sources and generic AI have never seen. It is why REACTOR understands formulation R&D like no other AI solution.

REACTOR · Answer excerpt
Viscosity drops after transfer to the holding tank.
The thickener is shear-degrading during transfer. Based on published precedent [1] [2].
Gap: your pump and transfer conditions have not been provided yet.
Every statement is labeled You Reported or Inferred, every inference carries its references, and REACTOR flags the gaps where information is missing.
Use REACTOR to check your formula against:
Checked against current sources, with the references open.
Bring us your formulation problem, we'll show you how to solve it with REACTOR in one session.

Pick your field. Every answer labels what you reported and what it inferred, with references and the gaps to close.
REACTOR · Formulation Agent
Bring your own problem. Your formulas stay yours and are never used to train our models.
Your formulas stay yours.
The details are public in our AI Data Policy.
REACTOR works on three core foundations
REACTOR is a force multiplier: it helps labs enhance their capabilities and make defensible decisions, faster.
Chemical Intelligence Layer
It speaks and understands chemistry better than any generic AI.
Evidential AI
Defensible, traceable decisions and suggestions.
Adaptive Workspace
As your experiments or requirements change, so does REACTOR.
What R&D teams say about Elementics
“I tested REACTOR's capabilities to provide valid safety protocols on an experimental process, not only did it outperform other tools, it flagged essential actions that were otherwise missed.”
“…to my delight I've received comprehensive answers which I can immediately use in my further research.”
“REACTOR makes it easier to organize, access, and build research data to perform good and efficient research.”
“Your platform was genuinely helpful for structuring materials… I even leaned on the AI for a quality check.”
“I've really enjoyed using the Elementics.ai research platform! The interface is clean, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing, making it easy to navigate large amounts of information. One of its biggest strengths is how it helps organize the scientific literature and visualize different research branches, allowing me to keep track of related topics, surveys, and emerging directions. It has been a valuable tool for exploring new areas efficiently and maintaining a structured overview of the research landscape.”

Quick answers
What do the You Reported and Inferred labels mean?
Every statement in a REACTOR answer is labeled by where it comes from. You Reported means it came from your own data and context, and REACTOR treats it as fact unless it is obviously incorrect. Inferred means REACTOR made an intelligent assumption based on evidence and known practices, with clear references to where the inference came from. When information is missing, REACTOR also lists the gaps that would sharpen the answer.
What if I can't share my full formula?
You control what goes in. REACTOR works with whatever evidence you provide; the more you share, the fewer assumptions it makes and the sharper its suggestions get. Everything you share stays private and is never used to train our models.
Can REACTOR compare my formula to regulations?
Yes. REACTOR can search and will find the most relevant regulations based on your formulation and your requirements. Just ask REACTOR to search for the regulation.
Can REACTOR discover ingredient and substance information from an INCI name or other identifiers?
Yes. Add an INCI name and REACTOR can search and discover the material, safety, and substance information of the chemical. It works with many other naming conventions as well.
Is this another formula generator?
No. REACTOR is reasoning support with sources. It shows you where every suggestion comes from, and you stay the formulator.
How is it different from ChatGPT?
REACTOR is chemistry-native: it verifies chemical data against PubChem, keeps a persistent referenced workspace, and marks uncertainty instead of papering over it. Generic chat optimizes for plausibility; formulation work needs evidence.
Does it replace bench validation?
No, and it will tell you so itself. REACTOR narrows what's worth testing and shows you why, with the evidence behind each direction open.
